An excelent nationally recognized litigation-focused law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Texas-based litigation team. The firm is known for handling complex, high-stakes disputes nationwide.

Practice Areas Include:

  • Commercial and contract disputes
  • Antitrust and securities litigation
  • Creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation
  • Insurance coverage and recovery
  • Employment and environmental litigation
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Mass tort and product liability defense
  • Real estate and complex financial litigation
  • Government, regulatory, and international arbitration matters

Responsibilities:

  • Support trial teams in complex commercial and tort matters
  • Draft pleadings, discovery motions, dispositive motions, and pre-trial filings
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
  • Manage discovery, including e-discovery and depositions
  • Assist with fact and expert witness preparation

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Texas Bar membership (required)
  • 2–4 years of experience in complex litigation or civil defense
  • Large law firm or litigation-focused practice experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal procedure
  • Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $225,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
