We’re Hiring: Compliance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support our Compliance Director in maintaining and improving our Quality and Security Management Systems. This position is designed as a fast-track development path toward a Junior Compliance Manager role for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in compliance, quality, and HSE standards to grow into a management-level position.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Compliance Director.
- Schedule meetings, arrange audits, and coordinate activities across departments.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and organized records relating to quality, safety, health, security, environmental performance, and employee training.
- Manage incident reports, audit findings, and waste/energy performance data.
Compliance & Reporting
- Support compliance activities by preparing reports, tracking corrective actions, and consolidating data for management reviews.
- Help ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Audits & Reviews
- Assist with coordination and execution of internal/external audits and supplier reviews.
- Prepare documentation and follow up on audit findings and non-conformities.
Training & Awareness
- Help organize compliance and awareness training sessions.
- Support new starter inductions and occasionally deliver training content.
Incident Management
- Assist with incident investigations.
- Track and ensure timely closure of corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
Cross-Department Liaison
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers on compliance matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration.
- Experience in Quality, Compliance, or HSE is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable with Google Workspace.
- Experience with ISO 9001 is essential; exposure to ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
