We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and committed male candidate to support administrative operations and compliance functions.

The ideal individual should possess a sound understanding of compliance requirements, strong organizational and coordination skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and HR activities.
  • Support the preparation and management of compliance documents, audits, and internal records.
  • Maintain updated files related to labor laws, HSE, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with different departments for data collection, verification, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other official correspondence as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company records and information.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of compliance processes (labor laws, HR documentation, audits).
  • Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent coordination and time management abilities.
  • Must be energetic, disciplined, and a quick learner.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
