JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for assisting with ensuring local, State, and Federal compliance requirements are met by way of data analysis, reporting, and research. Supporting the Compliance Department to continue the successful and compliant growth of the GardaWorld organization.
DUTIES:- Use intermediate to advance Excel skills (i.e.- vlookup, pivots, filters, etc..) to build and/or manage compliance scorecards and reports.
- Effectively present and communicate trends identified during data analysis.
- Assist with the management of 3rd party service providers to ensure service levels are met.
- Ability to research, understand, and effectively communicate regulatory information when/if needed.
- Assist with the management of regulatory reporting requirements.
- Provide field support on regulatory guidance and action required for compliance.
- Assist with the coordination and business case preparation.
- Performs other duties as required.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education and work experience required. Professional certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of data analysis and intermediate excel experience is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized, ability to set priorities and meet any established deadlines.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Access and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
