Join our team as a Compliance Analyst and help ensure our nationwide operations stay compliant with state and federal law. You’ll gain hands-on experience with licensing, product filings, and cross-functional collaboration—all while building a strong foundation in regulatory operations.


In this role, you will keep our licenses current, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help ensue our products meet regulatory standards. You’ll need to stay sharp, organized, and ready to pivot as priorities shift.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain business and administrative licenses across all U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Assist in complex compliance procedures with oversight, including regulatory and risk reviews.
  • Coordinate with state regulators, lenders, and internal teams to ensure timely filings and updates.
  • Respond to consumer reviews and identify trends to drive process improvements.
  • Assist with product filings and updates to meet both state and lender requirements.
  • Keep leadership informed with regular updates on review status, licensing progress, and emerging issues.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support team initiatives with flexibility and speed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with relevant experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
