The Operations Analyst Program is a rotational development program that offers a broad and in-depth exposure to business operations at Susquehanna and will prepare you for a Compliance Analyst position that immediately impacts our business.

In the first six months, you’ll rotate through Susquehanna’s operations team, gaining hands-on experience across trading desks and key business areas. These rotations are designed to deepen your understanding of the firm’s structure and operations. You’ll take on daily responsibilities and project work that build familiarity with information flow and various business processes. Classroom training will complement your experience, focusing on company knowledge, technical skills, and business effectiveness.

What You'll Do

Throughout the program, you’ll build a strong network across the firm and receive mentorship from senior professionals to support your development.

After completing the program, you’ll join the compliance team. Our compliance team provides critical support to ensure that the firm operates within regulatory requirements. By joining our team, you will gain exposure across multiple areas within compliance in a highly collaborative environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of U.S. and global regulations. You will interact with teams across the firm, including trading desks, technology, and operations, and gain knowledge of different types of financial instruments traded by the firm, such as equities, options, futures and fixed income products.

By the end of your rotations, you’ll be equipped with the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact on Susquehanna’s Compliance team.
