Experience: 0 - 3 years

Mandatory Requirement:

a) Should be Post Graduate.

b) Must obtain NISM - AIF Certification (Series XIX- C or Series XIX- E) before joining.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

  • Support in developing and implementing a business and compliance roadmap for smooth investor onboarding processes, ensuring coordination with other team members and third parties associated with the fund and adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in understanding regulatory requirements, aligning fund operations and reporting processes accordingly and ensuring timely communication, transparency and compliance-driven execution in line with the fund’s long-term objectives.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure all activities align with regulatory frameworks, fiduciary obligations and internal governance standards.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining long-term investor relationships through accurate reporting, periodic updates and compliance-oriented communication, ensuring investors are informed of activities in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Support in regulatory documentation, filings and operational coordination with intermediaries such as custodians, RTAs, trustees and bankers, while ensuring adherence to FEMA/FCRA and SEBI (AIF) Regulations.
  • Deliver comprehensive support across fund operations and compliance functions, in alignment with all associated third parties and service providers, ensuring seamless coordination, regulatory integrity and timely execution of all fund related activities.
  • Strong understanding of investment instruments, capital markets and regulatory frameworks.
  • Articulate communication and interpersonal communication skills required as a professional of finance industry.
