Job Overview:

We are looking for Company Secretary to join our Company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, particularly in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, and be well-versed with the RBI compliance framework, including preparation and filing of statutory returns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, compile, and submit periodic RBI returns such as DNBS Return, and others as applicable to the NBFC.

* Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory returns in compliance with RBI guidelines.

  • Assist in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Support statutory and internal audits by coordinating with auditors and preparing required schedules and documents.

* Assist in preparation of financial reports, KYC of borrower, Loan related documents, and MIS reports,.

* Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial and regulatory submissions. Qualifications and Skills:

* Qualified Company Secretary

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in an NBFC or financial services company.

* Strong working knowledge of RBI returns and NBFC compliance requirements.

* Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
