Compliance Associate – 6 Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)

We are working with a leading brokerage client who is seeking a Compliance Associate to join their team in Dubai on a 6-month fixed-term contract , with the potential to convert to permanent . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in brokerage, trading, or capital markets to step into a compliance role within a DFSA-regulated environment.

Key Details:

• Location: Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)
• Contract: 6 Months FTC (potential to become permanent)
• Start Date: Within 4 weeks
• Salary: Up to 25,000 AED per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the compliance function with day-to-day monitoring, reporting, and advisory activities.
• Assist in ensuring DFSA regulatory requirements are met.
• Conduct monitoring of trading activity and escalate issues where required.
• Maintain compliance registers, records, and reporting schedules.
• Support internal audits, reviews, and regulatory filings.
• Advise the business on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
• Assist in delivering staff training and awareness initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets environment is essential.
• Familiarity with DFSA regulations preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, solutions-driven, and adaptable.
