We are looking for “
Compliance Conduct and Ethics Vice President
” in our Compliance Risk Management Group to be responsible for effective management of compliance risk.
If you think you have most of the following
qualifications;
-
Bachelor’s Degree from a university in Social Sciences, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, International Relations or other relevant fields to today’s finance and banking sector.
-
Minimum 7 years of banking experience in banking/finance preferably in compliance, audit or legal departments.
-
Preferably superior problem solving and excellent oral/written communication skills
-
Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills; ability to build strong internal and external networks
-
Enhanced knowledge on compliance risks, banking, consumer law and related regulations.
-
Preferably, working knowledge in a broad range of risk management disciplines
-
Autonomous and highly motivated with the ability to multi-task productively and to work independently as well as collaboratively
-
Advanced level of written and verbal English and Turkish skills
If you think you may take charge of the following
responsibilities;

Ensure to identify, manage, report and escalate compliance risks related to conduct & ethics and lead the execution of activities aimed at mitigating these risks.

Ensure to implement, prepare and update the policies, procedures and guidelines of Compliance Risk Management and fulfill the roles and responsibilities specified in these
-
Support the implementation of respective local and extraterritorial laws and regulations and ING’s policies & procedures
-
Promote the establishment of a compliance risk culture within ING
-
Provide advice to Senior Management and business lines related to Compliance risks
-
Work in coordination with business units and risk units during the assessment of business processes, products and related documents in terms of compliance risks and advising to take required actions to mitigate the compliance risks
-
Provide necessary reports and escalations regarding compliance risks
-
Lead the training, awareness and communication activities related to compliance risks
-
Support, lead, strategize and develop the team
-
To make the job planning and distribution of the roles of the reporting personnel, to ensure that roles and responsibilities are fullfilled effectively, to guide and support their development by following their performance
-
Responsible for compliance oversight including monitoring & reporting on CC&E related risks
-
Provide support and consultancy related compliance risks to subsidiaries compliance officers
