About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Consultant with strong UAE regulatory experience to support clients in company setup, licensing, and ongoing legal compliance across multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end compliance for client companies in Abu Dhabi
- Handle approvals, renewals, and documentation with authorities such as:
- Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi
- Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation
- ICP
- Ensure compliance with:
- Trade license regulations
- Labour laws & employment contracts
- Visa and immigration requirements
- Support clients with:
- Business setup (Mainland / Freezone)
- PRO services and government documentation
- Compliance audits and risk assessment
- Track and manage:
- License expiry
- Visa renewals
- Regulatory deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams (PRO, Sales, Accounts) for smooth execution
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years UAE experience in compliance / PRO / business setup
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi government processes
- Experience handling multi-sector compliance requirements
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in DOH, Civil Defense, or sector-specific approvals
- Existing network within UAE government departments
