Compliance Executive - eCommerce

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to manage and monitor compliance activities across multiple eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and other online selling platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling account health, policy violations, appeals, listing compliance, customer communications, and maintaining seller performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor marketplace account health and compliance metrics on a daily basis.
  • Handle policy violations, account suspensions, warnings, and performance notifications.
  • Draft and submit appeals, Plans of Action (POAs), and supporting documentation.
  • Review and audit product listings to ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Manage product reviews and feedback cases in line with marketplace policies and brand standards.
  • Handle customer communication according to marketplace communication guidelines.
  • Coordinate with operations, customer support, and listing teams to resolve compliance-related issues.
  • Manage A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, return disputes, and negative feedback cases.
  • Track and maintain records of compliance cases and their resolutions.
  • Stay updated on marketplace policy changes and seller guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify risks and prevent account-related issues.
  • Communicate professionally with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.
  • Support efforts to improve seller performance metrics such as ODR, VTR, and Late Shipment Rate.
  • Assist in protecting the brand from intellectual property and authenticity complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce compliance or marketplace account management.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplace policies.
  • Experience handling account suspensions, appeals, and compliance cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Seller Central tools and marketplace dashboards.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property policies and listing regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
