1. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance strategies for 3PL partners and riders in line with local regulatory requirements.
2. Monitor and ensure 3PL partner compliance with Emirates regulatory standards (e.g., RTA) and company policies.
3. Perform risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
4. Collaborate with legal and operations teams to develop and update company compliance policies.
5. Provide training to 3PL partners on compliance matters and regulatory updates.
6. Maintain strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and government agencies to ensure the company stays aligned with new regulations.
7. Monitor industry trends and competitor practices to ensure the company s compliance practices are up to date.
8. Manage communication with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance reports are submitted on time.
