Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Compliance Manager
to strengthen the compliance and governance framework across our international financial services operations. This role, based in Pakistan, will provide dedicated support to entities operating in
Australia and New Zealand
, ensuring that regulatory obligations and professional standards are consistently met.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with international best practices. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely adaptation of policies and processes. Maintain compliance registers, including breaches, complaints, and conflicts of interest. Oversee premium trust account compliance, reconciliations, and reporting controls. Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Support licensing and governance obligations, including regulatory filings and Board reporting. Provide compliance input on client-facing documents, disclosure statements, and operational processes. Deliver compliance induction and refresher training to staff, and monitor Continuing Professional Development (CPD) obligations. Promote a strong culture of ethics, transparency, and accountability across the organisation. Prepare compliance dashboards and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Assist in business improvement projects, ensuring compliance requirements are embedded into new systems, products, and processes. Act as a point of contact for regulators, auditors, and professional bodies when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in
Law, Finance, Business, Accounting
, or a related discipline. Minimum
5 years’ experience
in compliance, audit, or risk management, preferably within
financial services or insurance
. Strong understanding of
ASIC (Australia)
and
FMA (New Zealand)
frameworks. Demonstrated ability to interpret and adapt to international regulatory requirements. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. High ethical standards and ability to work independently across cross-border teams.
