Salary Range: SAR 35,000 – 40,000 per month


Job Summary

The Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, government directives, and internal policies. The role supports regulatory compliance, ethical conduct, and risk mitigation within a semi-government environment, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures in line with applicable laws, regulations, and government requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization’s operations and compliance obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, government circulars, and internal policies relevant to semi-government entities.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and support the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of compliance risks.
  • Oversee compliance monitoring, reviews, and internal assessments to ensure effective implementation of compliance controls.
  • Advise the Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance and senior management on compliance matters, regulatory changes, and potential risks.
  • Coordinate with Risk Management, Governance, Legal, and Internal Audit functions to ensure alignment across GRC activities.
  • Support the development and enforcement of codes of conduct, ethics, anti-corruption, and conflict of interest policies.
  • Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for senior management, committees, and relevant oversight bodies.
  • Act as a key point of contact with regulators and government entities on compliance-related matters.
  • Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical behavior across the organization through awareness and training initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, Governance, or related disciplines are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory, risk, or legal roles, preferably within government or semi-government entities.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi laws, regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to semi-government organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in reputable consulting or professional services firms is highly preferred , particularly on compliance, regulatory, or public-sector advisory engagements.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical, regulatory interpretation, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is essential).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.


Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from SAR 35,000 to SAR 40,000 , commensurate with qualifications and experience, in addition to benefits in accordance with semi-government policies.
