• Semi Qualified CA / CS / CMA

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Compliance Manager who will handle GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliances and manage a team of 8 members. The candidate should ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 8 compliance executives
• Handle GST compliances – returns, reconciliations, notices & assessments
• Handle Income Tax compliances – ITR, TDS, notices & assessments
• Manage ROC compliances – MCA filings, annual returns, director compliances
• Review and finalize compliance work prepared by the team
• Ensure statutory deadlines are met without delays
• Coordinate with clients and government departments
• Maintain compliance records and documentation
• Guide and train team members

Experience Required:

• 4–8 years of relevant compliance experience

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax & ROC
• Team handling & leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and compliance software

Salary:

• As per experience (Negotiable)
