Position Summary

The Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all organizational compliance initiatives across departments. This role ensures full regulatory adherence, operational accountability, accurate data capture, and complete documentation of all transactions and activities. The Compliance Manager serves as the central point of oversight for compliance timelines, audit readiness, process integrity, and cross-functional coordination to ensure 100% documentation and transparency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Strategy & Oversight

  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance frameworks.
  • Coordinate compliance initiatives across operations, finance, HR, procurement, and executive leadership.
  • Establish compliance calendars, timelines, and reporting cadences.
  • Ensure alignment with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

Documentation & Transaction Integrity

  • Ensure 100% capture and documentation of financial transactions, vendor contracts, procurement activity, operational activities, maintenance/work orders, and employee compliance documentation.
  • Oversee digital documentation systems to ensure audit traceability.
  • Implement controls to prevent undocumented transactions or unauthorized activities.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Build and maintain compliance dashboards and KPI reporting systems.
  • Track regulatory filings, certifications, and renewal deadlines.
  • Develop internal compliance scorecards by department.
  • Generate executive-level compliance reports.

Process Auditing & Controls

  • Conduct recurring internal audits across all departments.
  • Review workflows to ensure SOP adherence.
  • Implement approval hierarchies and control checkpoints.
  • Lead root-cause analysis when compliance breakdowns occur.
  • Oversee remediation plans and confirm corrective action closure.

Cross-Department Accountability

  • Serve as liaison between departments to ensure compliance clarity.
  • Establish RACI matrices for compliance responsibilities.
  • Hold department heads accountable for documentation standards.
  • Provide compliance training and policy education.
  • Support leadership in risk mitigation planning.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
