Senior Compliance Officer - Banking / Credit Card Sales (DSA)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Officer to oversee and ensure full compliance with banking regulations, UAE laws, and internal company policies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring sales practices, preventing policy breaches, and maintaining regulatory standards within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with UAE banking regulations and Central Bank guidelines.
• Monitor credit card sales processes to ensure adherence to bank policies and DSA agreements.
• Conduct regular internal audits and compliance checks on sales teams.
• Investigate compliance violations, customer complaints, and policy breaches.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide compliance training to sales staff and team leaders.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports for management and banking partners.
• Coordinate with bank compliance departments and respond to audit queries.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC, data protection, and anti-misrepresentation policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance within banking, financial services, or DSA credit card sales.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in handling internal investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
