Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our compliance function in Doha. This role will ensure that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company-wide adherence
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Oversee internal audits and compliance reviews
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance standards and best practices
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
