We Are Hiring – HR Compliance Manager (HR)

Apex Structure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Compliance Manager with strong expertise in handling statutory compliances for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Labour Laws
• Handling all labour licences, BOCW, CLRA, ISMW registration & renewals
• Ensuring 100% compliance with government rules and regulations
• Liaison with government authorities for audits, inspections & renewals
• Maintaining accurate compliance records and timely reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR Compliance (Construction Industry preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of labour law, compliance frameworks, PF, ESIC, and BOCW
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
