Compliance Manager (Saudi National Only) - Engineering, Quick Commerce

Join Amazon as an experienced Regulatory & Compliance Manager to ensure technical and regulatory compliance across our engineering operations in KSA. This role is key to scaling our engineering infrastructure while maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering compliance throughout all project stages from initiation to operation.
• Develop and implement engineering compliance frameworks that align with regional regulatory requirements.
• Review technical drawings and engineering solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain continuous improvement in engineering compliance processes and controls.
• Provide expert guidance on technical compliance matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities regarding technical compliance matters.
• Manage technical compliance audits and assessments in collaboration with internal cross functional business functions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics.
• 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
