E Position: Compliance Officer
Department: Sales Compliance, Investigation & Legal
Location: Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and resolve grievances and complaints from policyholders, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of mis-selling or fraud, meticulously gathering evidence and documentation.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate negotiations and mediations. This includes drafting letters, reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Actively communicate and engage with regulatory forums in-person to address and respond to complaints or grievances filed against the company.
- Perform inspections of insurance policies to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in managing litigation processes, collaborating with legal teams to address any legal challenges faced by the company.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and develop effective solutions.
