We have an urgent opening for Compliance Officer / Executive for Riyadh location.


Job location : Riyadh.


Role Overview:

The Compliance Officer / Executive will be responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across Data Center, Infrastructure, or Construction projects, while also handling key administrative operations. The role demands strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, vendor documentation, site permits, and effective office administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and company policies related to data center and infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain statutory records, licenses, permits, and approvals as per local authority requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, and liaise with government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Civil Defense, Municipality, etc.).
  • Monitor adherence to labor laws, health & safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
  • Prepare compliance reports, documentation, and assist project teams with regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate with HR, finance, and project departments to ensure timely statutory filings and approvals.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia for construction/infra/data center projects.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations, GOSI, Iqama, and local authority procedures.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.


Key Skills:

  • Good knowledge of compliance requirements in Data Center / Infra / Construction industry .
  • Familiarity with labor laws, contract compliance, vendor documentation, and safety regulations.
  • Strong administrative and organizational management abilities.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tracking tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field .
  • Certification in Compliance, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, Iqama procedures, and regulatory frameworks .
  • Familiarity with HSE, environmental norms, and local authority requirements for infra/data center projects.


Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory functions (preferably in Infrastructure, Construction, or Data Center projects ).
  • Experience in statutory filings, permits, and government liaison in Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands-on exposure to audit support, documentation, and reporting .
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Project Management) to ensure compliance.
