Job Description

We are looking for a Filing & Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at PSR Compliance. The role requires a candidate with strong technical knowledge, documentation skills, and experience in regulatory filings. The specialist will handle compliance submissions, maintain filing records, and coordinate with testing labs, certification bodies, and government authorities for timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file applications for regulatory approvals, certifications, and licenses.
• Review technical reports, test documents, and compliance data before submission.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents for timely approvals.
• Manage renewals, amendments, and compliance documentation trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and government departments.
• Keep updated with latest regulatory guidelines and filing requirements.
• Support in audits, inspections, and query handling related to compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in B. tech, B.com, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in regulatory filing, documentation, or certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of government portals, testing, and documentation standards.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and compliance procedures.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
