Compliance Officer

We Are Hiring – Compliance Officer (CAM Certified)

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer (CAM-certified) for our Banking & Audit division.

Key Responsibilities:

• AML/KYC reviews & risk assessment
• Regulatory compliance (CBUAE / DFSA / FATF)
• Preparing STR/SAR reports
• Internal audits & policy updates
• Monitoring transactions & ensuring zero compliance gaps

KPIs:

• 100% regulatory adherence
• On-time STR/SAR submissions
• KYC accuracy (98%+)
• Timely completion of compliance audits
• Staff training & compliance reporting

Requirements:

• CAM / AML certification
• Experience in Banking / Audit / Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations
• Excellent documentation & reporting skills
