Job Title: Compliance Officer

Job Purpose:

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable Free Zone regulations, UAE laws, and internal policies. The role involves monitoring regulatory requirements, advising management on compliance matters, and liaising with relevant authorities.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Zone authority regulations, AML/CFT

• requirements, and applicable UAE laws.

• Review and monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings to ensure

• timely renewals and submissions.

• Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews.

• Maintain compliance records and prepare reports for management and regulators

• Act as the primary point of contact with Free Zone authorities and other regulatory

• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Compliance, or a related field.
