What’s expected of you:

Superb administration skills

Excellent communication skills – the ideal candidate can manage and communicate clearly and concisely.

Able to work quickly, accurately.

Willingness to help and learn

Organised and strong attention to detail

Ability to build rapport and gain trust

Excellent written and verbal English Skills.

Previous experience in Compliance role preferable, however training is given if needed.

Be able to work in a team to ensure a fantastic candidate experience.

Listen to our candidate and work with them to overcome any issues, providing solutions to assist as needed.

About the role...

Working with New and regenerated candidates to help them through the compliance process.

Provide a professional service to our candidates

Demonstrating high standards of customer service, and working closely with the sales team, your key role is to clear registrations to the required compliance levels

Notify the sales team of compliant candidates.

Help and assist in any issues or questions that the recruiters may have within the compliance field.

Develop and learn current and new/upcoming compliance requirements within your sector.

Uploading the required documentation to our CRM system

Become a compliance expert.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
