Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT security standards, and regulatory requirements
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks
• Support data protection, cybersecurity, and incident investigations
• Design and manage KPIs for engineers and managers to track productivity, quality, and performance
• Build monthly KPI dashboards and present insights to leadership
• Analyze trends to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Lead monthly performance reviews and corrective action plans
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and operations teams for policy adherence
• Support training initiatives for performance improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a compliance, IT audit, or risk management role
• Strong knowledge of data protection and cyber security principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Experience in KPI development, tracking, and reporting for compliance or operational performance is a strong advantage.
