Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks
- Support data protection, cybersecurity, and incident investigations
- Design and manage KPIs for engineers and managers to track productivity, quality, and performance
- Build monthly KPI dashboards and present insights to leadership
- Analyze trends to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Lead monthly performance reviews and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and operations teams for policy adherence
- Support training initiatives for performance improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a compliance, IT audit, or risk management role
- Strong knowledge of data protection and cyber security principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in KPI development, tracking, and reporting for compliance or operational performance is a strong advantage.
