Key Responsibilities1. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws such as:
  • Shops & Establishment Act
  • PF, ESI, PT, LWF
  • Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Maternity Benefit Act
  • Handle registrations, renewals, and amendments for statutory licenses.
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and returns as per state and central regulations.

2. Audits & Documentation

  • Prepare and manage compliance audit documents (internal & external).
  • Coordinate with auditors and government inspectors during inspections.
  • Maintain organized records—PF, ESI challans, muster rolls, wage registers, leave records, etc.

3. HR Policy Compliance

  • Ensure implementation of HR policies across departments.
  • Monitor adherence to company code of conduct, POSH guidelines, and grievance procedures.
  • Identify gaps in compliance and recommend corrective actions.

4. Vendor & Contractor Compliance

  • Verify contractor compliance (PF, ESI, wage sheets, agreements).
  • Track vendor documentation and ensure their adherence to statutory norms.

5. Reporting & Monitoring

  • Generate monthly compliance reports for HR leadership.
  • Track deadlines for statutory payments, filings, and renewals.
  • Maintain compliance dashboards and audit trackers.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration/MSW
  • PG Diploma or certification in Labor Laws / Compliance (preferred).

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in HR compliance, statutory compliance, or payroll compliance.
  • Experience with Karnataka labor laws is an added advantage.
  • Kannada is mandatory

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of HRMS or payroll software.
  • Familiarity with PF/ESI portals, Shram Suvidha, and state labor portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
