Demonstrate agility in managing shifting priorities to effectively support customer inquiries and evolving business needs.

Continuously develop and maintain a strong understanding of the insurance industry, including relevant products, services, and operational processes within the team.

Escalate suspected privacy violations to Clients and provide consultative support throughout the investigation and resolution process.

Draft, update, and manage documentation such as standard operating procedures, job aids, workflows, and compliance matrices to support privacy operations.

Monitor business functions and operational areas for potential compliance risks, ensuring alignment with State and Federal privacy regulations.

Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions that influence strategic compliance initiatives and risk mitigation efforts.

Provide regulatory compliance support across departments, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and issue resolutions.

Maintain and prepare privacy-related compliance documentation, agreements, and reports as needed to support internal and external requirements.
