Support coordination of the MFT Compliance Sanctions Risk & Control team and its projects through facilitation of planning sessions and internal team communications
Provide strategic advisory to team leadership to advance team goals and initiatives
Lead preparation and facilitation of sanctions meetings and reporting, including developing PowerPoint presentations, talking points, and other materials
Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including procedures, flow charts, and process documents
Drive change management initiatives and support continuous improvement of team processes
Requirements:
Strong experience with change management processes, ideally in compliance or risk environments
Experience creating high-quality presentations, reports, and process documentation (procedures, flow charts, process documents)
Excellent documentation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to prepare and facilitate meetings, including developing meeting materials (PowerPoint, talking points, agendas)
Experience streamlining procedures, with a strong preference for operational expertise in MFTC’s core control programs
Must Have Skills:
Change management expertise
Advanced proficiency in creating presentations and processing documentation
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience preparing and facilitating meetings
Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior sanctions compliance experience
Fintech industry experience
Familiarity with MFTC’s core control programs
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$55.00 - $63.00 /hour
. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
