HOA Compliance Specialist (Full-Time)

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
The Plantation at Leesburg is a 55+ Gated Community located in Leesburg, Florida. There are 2,820 residential homes, 30 villages and three activity centers.
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated professional to join our HOA Office as a Compliance Specialist.
This position offers career advancement opportunities for motivated individuals interested in long-term growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Association’s governing documents and Architectural Guidelines
- Conduct regular community inspections to ensure compliance
- Investigate, document, and track reported and observed violations
- Work directly with homeowners using a problem-solving approach to provide guidance and corrective action plans
- Communicate compliance matters with a professional, kind, and firm demeanor
- Administer and manage the Association’s violation process
- Prepare and mail violation letters within required timeframes
- Compile documentation and supporting evidence for violations presented to the Board of Directors and Fining Committee
- Coordinate the imposition of fines upon approval by the Fining Committee
- Attend Board of Directors, Fining Committee, and Architectural Committee meetings as required
- Chair Architectural Committee meetings as needed
- Handle and safeguard confidential information
- Respond to in-person, written, and telephone inquiries professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience supporting a management role
- Previous homeowner association experience preferred
- Independent self-starter able to work with minimal supervision after training
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-hour unpaid lunch
