We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Policy & Procedures Specialist to develop, standardize, and maintain organizational policies and procedures that support operational efficiency, compliance, and governance.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, and promote best practices across the organization. This role requires strong documentation skills, process thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured policies and procedures.
Develop, review, and update company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and aligned with organizational standards.
Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and document workflows, process maps, and operational guidelines.
Ensure policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
Support compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Work closely with departments (HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to gather requirements and validate processes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to document and refine procedures.
Support rollout of new or updated policies through training sessions, communication plans, and user guides.
Ensure employees understand and follow established procedures.
Maintain centralized documentation repositories and version control.
Ensure proper approval workflows and document lifecycle management.
Monitor effectiveness of policies and procedures and recommend enhancements.
Support process standardization and automation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in policy development, process documentation, or operational excellence roles.
Strong experience in writing policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
Experience in process mapping and workflow design.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC regulatory and business environments.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Experience using documentation or process tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence).
Background in compliance, governance, or quality assurance is a plus.
Full-time position with an onsite model.
