Senior Specialist - Operational Readiness

The Senior Specialist - Operational Readiness at Qiddiya Investment Company will be responsible for ensuring that all operational components are fully prepared for the planned launch and ongoing success of our groundbreaking entertainment and destination projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to develop, test, and optimize operational processes, systems, and standards.

By leveraging your expertise, you will support the seamless transition from project delivery to operational launch, ensuring readiness across all areas including facilities, logistics, workforce, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead operational readiness activities across multiple departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement readiness plans, including validation of processes, procedures, and systems.
• Identify potential gaps or risks in operational readiness and drive appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth handover of assets and responsibilities.
• Establish metrics and performance indicators to monitor readiness progress and quality.
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance team capability and readiness awareness.
• Communicate progress and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operational excellence roles.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with operational readiness frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in large-scale projects, preferably within entertainment, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
