Compliance Specialist - Bilingual Speaker

Job Title : Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of corporate compliance and review and application of ISO 37301 standards.
• Have the ability to develop policies and procedures related to compliance work.
• Develop and implement an effective compliance program
• Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
• Draft and revise company policies
• Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents
• Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
• Address compliance issues and manage enforcement activities
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree in one of the related disciplines (Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance or equivalent).
• Certification (preferred to have): CCO - GRCP -CCP - CIA
• Proven experience as a Compliance Specialist, Compliance Officer, or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
