What is Compliance Support Analyst?

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-driven professional to support our Compliance function on a short-term contract. This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with Compliance Head and play a critical part in strengthening our third-party risk management, data reporting, and automation capabilities. 

You will be responsible for driving efficiency through dashboards and automation, ensuring the accuracy of third-party screening, and enabling insights that directly support decision-making at senior levels. 

What does Compliance Support Analyst do?

  • Manage third-party screening processes to support robust compliance risk assessment for Business Partners and Vendors 
  • Coordinate with different Operating Companies to collect, validate, and consolidate compliance-related data / information 
  • Design, implement, and automate compliance reports for timely and accurate delivery 
  • Develop impactful dashboards that enhance visibility and monitoring of compliance activities within the department 
  • Prepare professional report and presentation for management and relevant stakeholders in E&C department  
  • Deliver daily operational support to the Head of Compliance Operations & Strategy, Senior Compliance Manager (Operations & Risk & Controls), ensuring seamless execution of compliance activities across functions. 
  • Facilitate coordination, documentation, and follow-up on compliance initiatives, audits, and risk mitigation efforts.

Requirements

What does it take to be a Compliance Support Analyst?

  • Strong IT proficiency with a focus on data handling, automation, and dashboard/report development (Power Automate, Excel or similar tools). 
  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills with the ability to simplify complex data. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. 
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment.

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or related field) 
  • Prior experience in audit, compliance, reporting, or data analysis roles will be considered a plus point 
  • Familiarity with compliance processes such as third-party risk management or screening tools is a plus 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English for clear interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
