Compliance Support Officer(Allied Health Professionals)

Job Summary:

To proactively assist and support the Team Lead in managing projects related to safeguarding and compliance. The role involves effective coordination with Area, Service and Registered managers, facilitating clear communication, and supporting the successful implementation of compliance across the organization.

Basic Job Duties:

1. Assist the Safeguarding Projects Officer, Team Lead and Head of Safeguarding & Compliance in monitoring project progress, identify risks, escalate issues as required and follow up assigned actions.

2. Support in coordination, and delivery of project initiatives across the organisation.

3. Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance, and maintain action logs to support effective project oversight.

4. Collate and analyse relevant data, ensuring regulatory compliance in accordance with the organisational policies and procedures and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.

Assist in ensuring full compliance with respect to the company’s vision, values, policies and procedures.

Education: Allied Health Professionals required

Shift Timings: 12:00 pm-09:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
