Job Purpose:
The Compliance Team Leader is responsible for leading and implementing Elsewedy Electric’s Compliance Education and Training Program. This role ensures that training programs are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
Key Accountabilities:

Establishing and maintain a consistent and effective compliance education framework across Elsewedy Electric Group, ensuring training programs are relevant and aligned with compliance expectations.

Design and update compliance training materials aligned with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Coordinate with HR, Legal and department heads to ensure timely training completion and attendance adherence.

Organize awareness campaigns and workshops to promote ethical conduct.

Maintain accurate training records and prepare periodic reports for management on training effectiveness.

Support and develop internal communication initiatives that strengthen compliance culture across the Group.
Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience

Very Good English Level

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business or relevant
