Compliances Verification Analyst

As part of our Security Compliance team, we are looking for Compliances Verification Analyst. This role will require you to support government entity.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Leading evidence investigation and encryption
• Coordinate communications across departments/company Search for evidence. And communicate internally and act when needed.
• Reporting digital offences and cases
• Responsible for customer interface, case management and data Management
• Responsible for developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning model parameters to improve upon existing app
• Having technical IT/Programming Skills

• Overall minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in similar role

Key Job indicators:

• Create and maintain operational reports for Key Performance Indicators and weekly and Monthly Metrics.
• Responding to all calls from authorities, providing required information, and analysing reports to give advice to resolve technical issues.
• Stay in touch 24/7 to support the authorities in case of any emergency.
• Requires working on a shift schedule as needed.
• Deliver official letters of fraud / abusive criminal activities to the authorities when needed.
• Handle escalated Authorities issues.
