Compounder / Production Technician

SealMaster Utah is growing and looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Compounder / Production Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for manufacturing pavement sealcoat and related pavement maintenance materials in a hands-on, industrial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manufacture pavement sealcoat and related products according to batch specifications
• Operate and monitor mixing tanks, pumps, and production equipment
• Load and unload raw materials (sand, polymer additives, etc.)
• Safely operate a forklift
• Maintain accurate production logs and quality standards
• Assist with general warehouse and yard organization
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Support daily production goals and maintain a clean, organized facility

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Forklift experience (strong plus)
• CDL (major plus)
• Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial production preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$30 per hour depending on experience
