Picture a plant where compressed air is the heartbeat. A line goes down. You arrive, evaluate a rotary screw, reciprocating, Centac, or ECC compressor with precision gauges, and restore operations. You leave behind a stable system, clear documentation, and a customer who trusts your expertise. That is the impact you will own every day at Ingersoll Rand.
Commission and care: Install and commission Ingersoll Rand equipment; maintain and repair compressors and supporting components like dryers, filters, and cooling systems.
Diagnose with confidence: Apply precision measuring tools and OEM operations/parts manuals to troubleshoot across multi-brand systems.
Educate and advise: Train customers and field colleagues; translate diagnostics into actionable steps.
Operate independently: Assess root causes, recommend remedies, and submit accurate reports and verbal updates to the factory without close supervision.
Model professionalism: Uphold integrity, keep communications crisp, and ensure reports and expenses are thorough, legible, and on time. Steward company assets (credit cards, vehicle if assigned) responsibly.
