Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Compressor Service Technician to join our team. As a vital member of our small-company environment, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and organization of our air compressor inventory. This is a hands-on role where you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, requiring a "can-do" attitude to handle both technical service tasks and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Service: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on centrifugal and standard air compressor systems.
• Millwright & Mechanical Duties: Execute mechanical and electrical repairs; ensure all equipment is operating at peak efficiency.
• Shop Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment (approx. 90% of your time).
• Field Support: Perform occasional service calls at customer locations (approx. 10% of your time), including international travel as required.
• Administrative/Versatility: Assist in various operational tasks as needed; maintain documentation on repairs and service logs.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with centrifugal air compressors, electrical systems, and general millwright/mechanical duties.
• Documentation: Must possess a valid, unexpired Passport and the ability to travel outside of the U.S.
• Licensing: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Location: Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Pinehurst, TX 77362.
• **Background: Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check upon offer of employment.
• Independence: Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and manage individual work priorities effectively.

There will be 3 rounds after the assessment portion.

Note: As this is a small, fast-paced team, we are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running immediately.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
