Requirement of computer hardware engineer

Role Description:

• Expertise in networking and laptops, with a focus on repairing both laptops and PCs.
• Tasked to assembling, and testing computer hardware components and systems on-site.
• Knowledge of computer systems, troubleshoot hardware concerns, and offer expert guidance to our customers.
• Additionally, this role involves visiting customer residences to address and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years preferred
• Knowledge of computer networking, operating systems and software Installation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
