Computer/Laptop Technician & Salesman

1. Computer/Laptop Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops
• Install operating systems, drivers, and software
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of devices
• Maintain records of repairs and customer interactions
• Provide technical support and advice to customers

Requirements:

• Experience in computer and laptop repair (minimum 4 year preferred)
• Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues quickly and efficiently
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

2. Salesman (Computer Retail)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in choosing the right products and accessories
• Explain features and benefits of laptops, PCs, and gadgets
• Handle billing and maintain stock inventory
• Achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service
• Keep the showroom clean and organized

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience in electronics or IT products is preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of computers and tech accessories
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
• Must speak Arabic and English
