Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or IT certification or related field

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a similar networking/IT support role.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology,

Or related field in any discipline with IT Diploma or Certification

· Strong knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

· Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.

· Familiarity with Windows OS, and basic server operations.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description

• Provide daily support for networking issues including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Install, configure, and support network hardware and software.
• Manage user accounts, access control, and email configuration.
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware/software issues (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.).
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including network diagrams and asset inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Ensure data backup systems are functioning and conduct periodic tests.
• Monitor and manage antivirus and endpoint security across all devices.
• Assist in IT-related project implementation and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
