Software Specialist

We are a growing organization committed to innovation and efficiency. To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a skilled IT professional who will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our ERP system and ensure its smooth adoption across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete ERP implementation process from planning to execution.
• Analyze organizational requirements and map them into ERP solutions.
• Customize, configure, and integrate ERP modules according to business needs.
• Provide training and technical support to staff for ERP usage.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow transition.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues post-implementation.
• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4-5 years' experience in ERP implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP modules (e.g., HR, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
• Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and manage technical workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
