Interior Designer

osition Summary

The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects from initial client brief to final handover. The role requires creativity, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, functional requirements, and budget.
• Prepare design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and 2D/3D presentations.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to align with the design concept.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs for execution teams.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality standards.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or retail interiors (adjust as needed).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software.
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and lighting.
• Excellent communication and client-presentation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
