Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales & Concept Designer who can combine strong sales skills with an eye for interior design. The ideal candidate will guide customers in selecting furniture and home accessories that reflect their personal style while aligning with Enza Home's design aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Engagement

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present product features, materials, and customization options effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and service excellence.

Concept Design & Space Planning

• Provide design consultations to customers, including layout planning, color coordination, and product styling.
• Create mood boards, 2D layouts, or basic 3D visuals (as required) to showcase product placement in home settings.
• Stay updated with design trends, seasonal themes, and Enza Home collections to inspire customers.

Store Presentation & Merchandising

• Ensure the showroom reflects the latest design concepts and is aligned with brand visual guidelines.
• Assist in setting up product displays and arranging furniture concepts in-store.
• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain aesthetic appeal.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in furniture retail, interior design, or lifestyle sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent in [language of the location, e.g., English/Hindi].

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
