Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients within assigned territories.
- Actively prospect and generate leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Present and promote courier services, pricing plans, and tailored logistics solutions to potential customers.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to suggest strategies for growth.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
- Provide regular sales reports, client feedback, and pipeline updates to management.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in courier, logistics, or related services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Good knowledge of local market and customer base.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
