Interior Designer & Sales Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

Job Purpose:

To provide creative interior design solutions that meet client needs while actively promoting and selling company products and services. The role blends design expertise with strong sales and customer relationship skills to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Consultation:

  • Meet clients to understand their interior design preferences, space requirements, and budget.
  • Prepare design proposals, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Recommend suitable color schemes, materials, furnishings, and finishes aligned with brand offerings.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure accurate design execution.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Promote and sell company products (paints, furniture, décor, etc.) through consultations, presentations, and showroom visits.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Project Coordination:

  • Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues effectively.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of client communications, designs, and sales in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales and design activity reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
